Bullenbeiser Project

The Bullenbeisser is an extinct bulldog type of Germanic origin that was used for hunting and coursing boar, bears and other big game. These dogs were also Butcher’s Dogs, being tied to a chain and protecting the shops from scavengers and thieves. This project is not to “recreate” this amazing legend (it would be impossible), but to create a line of dogs in its vision. Medium-sized bulldogs with the ability to fulfill the tasks of the infamous bulldog who once coursed the
great Germanic forests in droves.
